【初心者歓迎】スパイス3つで作る基本のチキンカレーを「倍量」作る時のコツとポイント

Here are some tips and tricks for making double the amount of basic chicken curry, which is made with just one ingredient. Ingredients for 4 people ・2 chicken thighs (500g-600g) ・2 onions (400g) ・2 tomatoes (300-400g) *Can also use canned tomatoes ・2 cloves of garlic ・2 cloves of ginger ・200g yogurt (unsweetened) *Can also be used with sweetened yogurt. The result will be a little sweeter *If you are concerned about the sourness of yogurt, replace it with 100g yogurt + 100ml of water ・100ml water ・2 teaspoons of salt ・2 tablespoons of oil Powdered spices ・2 teaspoons of turmeric ・2 teaspoons of cumin powder ・2 teaspoons of coriander ★The following are optional.
