Two series of ground-based movements to stretch and strengthen your body. Great for any age but very important for maintaining your movement & mobility over 40. This minimalist video features just bodyweight movements with titles and timers - NO MUSIC, NO COMMENTARY, NO DISTRACTIONS The idea is to guide you without interrupting your experience. If you need more instruction, please see my beginner resources. These ground-based bodyweight movements are rooted in "primal patterns" - the building blocks of human movement. The more we practice general movement the more we keep our body moving well - maintaining functionality and joint range of motion. As a baseline, these movement are safe and accessible. They don't have a single "perfect" form so there's no need to get hung up on the details or frustrated about keep up with me / imitating me exactly. Let your practice be an open conversation with your body and explore your movement.
