Think of this like a general movement supplement for your fitness and active lifestyle. Great for any age but very important for maintaining your movement over 40. This minimalist video features just bodyweight movements and titles with no music and no commentary. The idea is to guide you without interrupting your experience. If you need more instruction, please see my beginner resources. These ground-based bodyweight movements are rooted in "primal patterns" - the building blocks of human movement. The more we practice general movement the more we keep our body moving well - maintaining functionality and joint range of motion. As a baseline, these movement are safe and accessible. They don't have a single "perfect" form so there's no need to get hung up on the details or frustrated about keep up with me / imitating me exactly. Let your practice be an open conversation with your body and explore your movement.
