Recipe and ingredients: 100 ml warm milk. 200 ml warm water. 2 tablespoons sugar. 7 grams of dry yeast. Stir well until the yeast has dissolved. 1 large egg. Mix all ingredients well. 500-550 grams of wheat flour. 20 grams of corn starch. 1.5 teaspoons of salt. First mix well with a spatula. Write in the comments which country you come from. This is very interesting to me. Knead with your hands until you have a smooth dough. Place on the work surface and knead for another 2 minutes. The dough has become smooth.
