Introducing a new video from the 15 Movement Lessons series 🤸♂️ Strengthening Workout for Beginners 💪 You need: • 2 dumbbells, 1.5 kg each (or 2 x water bottles) • Workout plan: Warm-up 8 minutes • Main part: 1) slow squats 10-20 reps 2) lunge squats 8-12 reps per side 3) hip bridges 15-20 reps 4) backs 15-20 reps 5) push-ups 8-15 reps 6) overhead presses 2 x 1.5 kg 15-20 reps 7) hip rotations in planks 12-20 reps Follow this plan for about 2-3 weeks, then add 1 set and repeat. +1 series in the next 2 weeks.
