The factory will produce high-capacity ballastless track slabs using advanced Japanese Shinkansen technology, ensuring the stability and performance of the high-speed rail corridor. Located strategically near the project alignment, the 19-acre facility spans 7 acres for production and is capable of producing 120 slabs daily. Each pre-cast reinforced concrete slab weighs 3.9 tonnes and measures 2.2 meters wide, 4.9 meters long, and 190 mm thick.
