Thanksgiving Ceremony at Lorging Witnesses Massive Gathering Lorging Model Dere became a centre of celebration and gratitude on 27 January 2026 as a grand Thanksgiving Ceremony was organised with enthusiastic participation from people of many neighbouring villages. The programme was hosted by Shri Tamunang Talom, Zilla Parishad Member (ZPM) of 7 Jomlo Mobuk, who expressed heartfelt thanks to all the dignitaries and the public for making the event a success. The ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Shri Oken Tayeng, Hon’ble MLA of 39th Mebo A/C, while Guest of Honour Er. Tapi Darang, Hon’ble MLA of 38th Pasighat East A/C, addressed the gathering and appreciated the unity and spirit of the people. Special Guests Shri Tamiyo Taga, Former Minister, and Shri. Tamat Tatak, ZPC Siang District, also shared their goodwill messages and praised the organisers for arranging such a meaningful programme. Men, women, elders, and youths from different villages came together in large numbers, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. The event highlighted the importance of togetherness, gratitude, and community harmony. The Thanksgiving Ceremony ended with a strong message of unity, peace, and collective progress for the area.
