With a light and crispy crust, it houses a creamy filling that will make you want to come back for more (and more!). 😍 #Recipes #AnaMariaBraga #CapresePie Ingredients: 1/4 cup basil 3/4 cup cubed unsalted butter 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup milk (240 ml) 1 level cup finely grated Prawn cheese (100 g) 1 level cup finely grated mozzarella (100 g) 1/2 container cream cheese (100 g) 1 beaten egg Salt and black pepper to taste 1/2 tray halved cherry tomatoes (6 ounces) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar 2 bay leaves 1 sliced garlic clove Calabrese pepper taste 2 tablespoons olive oil Thyme and rosemary to taste Instructions: Set aside the flour and blend the remaining ingredients in a food processor for 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, add the flour, and mix until smooth. Line small or medium pie tins and set aside. Bake the milk, cheese, and cream cheese over medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted (about 5 minutes). Remove the heat and stir constantly, add the egg and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Distribute the mixture into the tins and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees Celsius) for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with the tomato confit.
