We’re finishing the challenge STRONG with a pilates x strength fusion designed to sculpt, strengthen, and challenge your entire body. Expect controlled burn, deep core engagement, and full body stability work to leave you feeling powerful, grounded, and accomplished 🤍 Equipment: • Dumbbells (recommend between 1-3kg) • Optional Ankle Weights • Mat or Supportive Surface Whether you're starting your fitness journey or looking to level up your routine, meet yourself where you're at and focus on consistency over perfection.
