Click here for the recruitment form↓ https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■Toriten (serves 2-3) [Ingredients] 1 piece of chicken breast (about 300g), shredded cabbage, flour, mustard, lemon, salt, pepper A ※Chicken seasoning (1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sake, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/2 tsp grated ginger) B ※Batter (100g flour, 200cc beer ※carbonated water can also be used) ※If you only have one piece of chicken, half the amount is OK C ※Vinegar soy sauce sauce (1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tbsp mirin) [How to make] ① Peel the chicken Cut into pieces about 1cm thick, cutting across the fibers.
