Won't Start? No Start No Crank Intermittent starting problem solved! Dodge Caravan Town and Country

This no start, no crank intermittent start had me puzzled for days. All dash lights worked, no check engine codes, the battery was good, and the starter worked fine. Sometimes it would take up to 20-30 turnovers before it would fire up as nothing happened. I feel like I did everything to get it fixed (battery, starter, alternator, ground cables, voltage drop, checked all fuses and relays, ignition switch, ignition key cylinder, ignition actuator, etc).
