Arte como instrumento de revolução social: Mundano at TEDxVer-o-Peso

Para o grafiteiro Mundano, arte tem a ver com atitude. Há sete anos ele vem colorindo os muros cinzas das grandes cidades. O grafite que espalha por aí - inclusive em carrinhos de catadores de material reciclável - traz personagens e frases de efeito que despertam reflexões, influenciam pessoas e alteram hábitos em manifestações silenciosas e eficientes. No TEDxVer-o-Peso, ele mostrou como a arte é poderosa para melhorar o mundo em que vivemos. TEDxVer-o-Peso - Mundano - Art as an instrument for social revolution For the graffiti artist Mundano, art has to do with attitude. For seven years he has been colouring the gray walls of big cities. The graffiti he spreads around -- including on trolleys from recyclable material collectors -- has characters and catchphrases that awaken reflection, influence people and change habits through silent and efficient manifestations. At TEDxVer-o-Peso, he demonstrated how art is powerful to make better the world we live in. About TEDx x=independently organize event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self- organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x=independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.
