Viviano is an architect, a graduate of TEC de Monterrey, with a master's degree in Design, Theory, and Pedagogy from SCI-Arc in Los Angeles. He graduated with honors, and his thesis was awarded best in his program. He worked in Mexico, Chile, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong for OMA (2009-2015), the firm of Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas, where he participated in more than 60 projects, including the Taipei Opera House. Viviano edited the book 'Looking Far,' a collection of interviews and experiences of a young architect traveling the world. In 2015, he founded his own design firm, which understands architecture as a series of operations applied to the mass of materials that generate architecture. His projects in Hong Kong and Mexico have garnered numerous awards. With over 15 years of teaching experience, he has taught at universities in Asia, Mexico, and the USA. Viviano is a chapter member of the National Academy of Architecture and, since 2023, has been a Full Professor at the University of Monterrey (UDEM).
