A medium size calabaza pumpkin A piece of yellow yam 1 turnip 1 Cho Cho/chayote 2 stalks celery About 2 cups spelt flour to make dumplings 2 Irish potato 2 carrot 1 onion Few sprigs thyme bout 5 sage leaves ( optional) 3 stalks scallion 2 scotch bonnet pepper About a 1/2 tbsp allspice or a few pimento seeds A piece of freshly grated ginger about a 1 tbsp 4 cups coconut milk About 10 cups of water to cook peas Additional water bout 2 cups Vegetable bouillon Pink Himalayan salt About 2 tbsp garlic powder Seasoned soup to your liking and use all purpose seasoning of choice Total cook time 1 and 1/2- 2 hours. 🍃Thank you so much for watching!
