6-count Burpees - 145 in 20 minutes // Busy Dad Training

My PR is 153, but I really had to push my mind to get to 145 today. Just one of those days, I guess. My heart rate is usually in the 150s and 160s, but today it stayed in the 160s and 170s and peaked at 181 right at where I said „I feel weak“ in the video. Not sure why the difference. But I‘m happy I stuck it out and got to my goal. And I was thinking today would be a lighter day, lol. #burpeeworkout #burpees #busydadtraining #busydadarmy #over40health
