A fellow firefighter motivated us to do a 3000 Burpee challenge. The challenge consists of 100 burpees a day with 1 day off in December. This is not for the faint of heart! I took this very seriously and changed my diet! I tried to eat as healthy as possible and rest as best as I could so I could recover and get to the next set of burpees! This challenge was not easy!
