Today, I'll be sharing the recipe for Auk Doenjang Guk (Korean Mushroom Soup). 1. 1 bunch of Auk (250g) 2. 1 tablespoon salt (for kneading the Auk) 3. 4 tablespoons soybean paste 4. 1 tablespoon minced garlic 5. A handful of dried anchovies, 1 sheet of dried kelp, 1.5 liters of rice water, 1 whole onion, and a handful of dried shrimp - for stock 6. 1 Cheongyang pepper 7. 1 red pepper 8. 1 green onion #ChefKimDaeSeok #AukDoenjangGuk #AukGuk
