I Built an Ambulance out of an Old Power Wagon - M'A'S'H'

Today we’re building a custom MASH-era ambulance truck from what used to be a Power Wagon casting 😄 This project started as basically a pile of leftover parts from the bin, but after a whole bunch of cutting, styrene fabrication, body work, putty sculpting, and questionable engineering decisions… it slowly started turning into a proper vintage military-style field ambulance. For this build we custom fabricated the entire rear ambulance body, reshaped the roofline, scratch-built the wheel wells, modified the suspension, added oversized mud tires, mixed up a proper military green paint, and finished everything off with matte clear coat and vintage-style Red Cross graphics. Honestly, this one fought me pretty hard along the way 😄 Broken styrene, weird gaps, exploding wheel arches, blind vinyl alignment… all part of the process. But once the matte finish went down and the crosses peeled cleanly? This thing suddenly looked like a proper rugged old field ambulance. Definitely one of the most unique scratch-builds we’ve done in a while. 0:04 – Building a MASH Ambulance From a Power Wagon 1:21 – Grafting the New Chassis & Massive Tires 3:42 – The Rear Fender Disaster 😄 4:48 – Sculpting the Aerodynamic Roof Shape 6:09 – Fabricating the Rear Ambulance Doors 7:02 – First Full Sealer Coat Reveal 13:50 – Applying the Vintage Red Cross Vinyl Graphics 17:51 – Final MASH Ambulance Reveal FOLLOW THE ADVENTURES 🎥 Northern Gold (Prospecting Channel) YouTube: @NGProspecting 📍 Northern Gold Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?... 🚗 Diecast Resurrection Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?... #hotwheels #hotwheelscustoms #diecast #diecastcars #customdiecast
