Leg Day Warm up Leg extension 2 sets 15 reps First workout, Squat ( narrow, shoulder width and sumo ) 4 sets 10 reps each ( total 30 reps per sets ) Leg press ( wide, shoulder width and narrow bottom ) 4 sets 10 reps each ( total 30 reps per sets ) Giant set Leg abductors 3 sets 15 reps Hamstring curl 3 sets 15 reps Seated calves raises 3 sets 15 reps Rest time : 1 min Remember if you can’t do it in one try, rest ( inhale and exhale ) 5 times and continue.
