Bageriet Lördag is a small pop-up bakery in Stockholm, Sweden where you can preorder handmade Swedish & American-inspired pastries. We’re only open on Saturdays, and everything is baked to order in my apartment kitchen! Preorders open every Tuesday at 12:00 noon (Swedish time) and close on Wednesday—or earlier if we sell out.
