Finally Back in Stockholm! | Bageriet Lördag | March 7, 2026

After a couple months off we are back to business as usual! Right before Christmas I took a social media break then spent the entirety January holed up in my apartment writing my first cookbook (more on that later in the year!!) and all of february in California visiting friends and family and doing pop ups. But now I am back in Stockholm and back to Bageriet Lördag. I couldn’t be more excited!! Thursday: 02:05 Friday: 04:50 Saturday: 07:11 WHAT IS BAGERIET LÖRDAG?? Bageriet Lördag is a small pop-up bakery in Stockholm, Sweden where you can preorder handmade Swedish & American-inspired pastries. We’re only open on Saturdays, and everything is baked to order in my apartment kitchen! Preorders open every Tuesday at 12:00 noon (Swedish time) and close on Wednesday—or earlier if we sell out.
