"Yesterday's additional questioning focused on the crime scene investigation and detailed chronology, as the incident occurred in the victim's yard. We submitted all the data and information in full," Haris explained. He emphasized that the LKBH PGRI continues to monitor the work of law enforcement officers while maintaining trust in the process. "We believe in the legal process, but we also monitor it to ensure it is fair. We do not allow for intervention or negotiation outside the legal framework," he asserted. Therefore, authorities will continue to process the case even if the victim forgives or withdraws the report. "Many people ask, can it stop if the victim forgives? The answer is no. This is not a complaint offense, so even if the victim withdraws the report, the case will continue," emphasized Haris, who views this regulation as a form of legal protection for the teaching profession.
