It's that state, which in many approaches is called centering, in which I feel aligned; it's a state of internal coherence. As long as I remain confined to my ego and experience parts that want different things, I cannot love another person because love is a state of consciousness, which is given by internal coherence: I am able to love if all my parts are coherent and move in the same direction.
