Join me for a standing pilates routine to improve spinal mobility and give you great posture. This is a full body pilates stretch and mobility session with exercises that include spinal lateral flexion, rotation and extension to really strengthen and lengthen all those spinal muscles. Great for body and muscle condtioning, as a prep for any sport or dance class or indeed just to get your spine feeling mobile, stretched out and relaxed at anytime of day.
