Standing Pilates Full Body Workout With Optional Weights Join me for a 25 minute beginner friendly standing pilates class with optional light hand weights. This will be a ballet inspired class created to challenge you, improve your cardiovascular health, muscle tone, strength , stabilisation and, most importantly, help you feel amazing in your own skin. A great session if you're looking for a fun challenge with no pressure. All you need is a chair and some weights if you want to add them in. I'll give you the options and you choose what feels right for you. Do with or without weights, or use two water bottles as an option.
