Last-minute ski trip to Rauris with my kids. Good times & great memories!

It’s time for some fun! My two teenage kids were supposed to go on a short ski trip with their classmates. Unfortunately it got cancelled, very last minute. They were disappointed so I decided, kinda last minute, to cease the moment and just take them on a trip. Have fun, create memories since so much has been taken away from these kids the last 2 years. We had a great time. — LOCATIONS — ➤ Rauris, Austria. A great village with nice and relaxing skiing and lovely surroundings! Awesome to just be outdoors and re-energize yourself. Been going there all of my life! Friendly and helpful people. https://www.raurisertal.at/en/ ➤ Skiing The ski area is compact and offers all sorts of slope levels. It's not massively big but great for a week of skiing. So if you are the type op skiër that wants to do big trips every day, this might not be your area. If you are (like me) just looking for relaxed skiing..hey..this is for you. It's especially great for families with smaller kids. You can't really lose the kids ;-). https://www.hochalmbahnen.at/de/winter/ ➤ National Park: Kolm Saigurn In case you want to not ski for a day...lots of other stuff to do. I recommend driving to the Kolm Saigurm National park and just take a hike. Absolutely stunning views. You can take a walk up the Naturfreunde restaurant (about 6km walk from the parking lot of the national park) have a great meal there and then take a sleigh ride down https://www.naturfreunde-huetten.at/s... ➤ Appartments: Rainberghof For over 20 years now we've been staying with Otto form Rainberghof. Great appartments very close to the ski-lift and Otto is the best!
