Fluffy Cinnamon Buns| Making dough in the Breadmaker
BUNS: 285-300ml room temp water 1 tsp salt 2.5 tsp sugar 600g plain flour 60g chopped softened butter 2 eggs at room temp 3 tsp quick yeast FILLING: 1 part butter: 2 parts cinnamon sugar (or brown sugar + cinnamon) This was kneaded by my bread maker for 30 mins and then left to rise at 32C for 1 hr. Then rolled out on a floured surface, once buns were rolled up I left them under a towel to double in size. These were baked in the oven at 180C for 20 mins Enjoy!
