Recipe: 270 g flour (2 1/4 cups) 1 tablespoon sugar 20 g fresh yeast (≈ 0.7 oz) 150 ml warm water (≈ 2/3 cup) 2 tablespoons olive oil 5–6 g salt (1/2 teaspoon) Instructions: Knead the dough and let it rest for 50–60 minutes.
