Grease a 28 cm (11-inch) quiche dish. Combine flour, butter, water, and salt in the mixing bowl and knead for 20 seconds/speed 6. Spread the crumbly dough into the prepared dish, pressing firmly to create a raised edge (approx. 2 cm). Combine the cheese, salami, paprika, crème fraîche, eggs, cornstarch, pepper, nutmeg, and spice paste in the mixing bowl and mix for 9 seconds/speed 4. Spread the filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes at 220°C (425°F). Cover with parchment paper after 20 minutes, if necessary, cut into pieces, and serve. Enjoy!
