How to Make Roasted Flank Steak with Rustic Potatoes INGREDIENTS: 1 Piece of Flank Steak Thyme to taste Leek to taste 5 Potatoes with Skin (already washed) Olive Oil to taste Salt to taste Coarse Salt to taste 300 ml of Water 1 Baking Dish PREPARATION METHOD: Place the flank steak in the baking dish and season it with the olive oil, coarse salt, leek and thyme. Cut the potatoes into 4 pieces (lengthwise). Place them in a container and season with the olive oil, salt (fine) and thyme. Let it rest for approximately 15 minutes. Place the potatoes in the baking dish (along with the flank steak). Add the water and bake in a preheated oven at 200º for approximately 1 hour. When the flank steak and potatoes are cooked, remove from the oven. The dish is ready to serve and enjoy! The cooking time depends on the oven you are using. It is worth remembering that if the temperature is too high, the outside will brown and the inside will not cook.
