VEZZENE: MALGA ZOCHI, LA SCUOLA DELLA SOLIDARIETÀ

In this episode, we ascend the Vezzene Plateau in eastern Trentino to share a truly unique experience. We reach Malga Zochi, a community that presents itself as both a model of Alpine culture and a social enterprise. Thanks to the synergy proposed by the Diocese of Trento with the Baron Farm, the Hotel Institute of Rovereto and Levico, the "E. Mach" Foundation of San Michele all'Adige, and the Pavonian Artigianelli Institute for Graphic Arts of Trento, a true destination of hospitality and solidarity has been created, as well as a concrete example of a hands-on school offering high-quality experiential learning. A mountain farm, a sustainable tourism destination, and a showcase of quality Trentino cuisine, Malga Zochi also serves as an educational model for the students of the participating schools.
