Gymstick Workout. Burning Abs Circuit. Carl Morris HIIT

I've designed this Gymstick workout to target specifically the abs and core muscles. The core muscles are a group of muscles that wrap around the torso to keep our body stable. In this workout, the core muscles we use are the transverse and rectus abs and obliques; with a little lower back to keep upright. This is a great workout to quickly get a burn in your core if you don't have much time. Or use this as your abs finisher at the end of another workout.
