Today's Zeus Fitness workout is a Advanced 30 Minute HIIT Workout At Home also a bodyweight only workout depending on the individual , you can burn Burn 500 calories with this HIIT workout My wife decided to tell me the other day that I had put on a few pounds over lockdown with a few too many bad diet choices and maybe the odd little beer or two I'm sure a lot of us have been there right ?
