Thai Hermit Yoga / Self Massage Routine

Thai Hermit Yoga is a complete system of self care developed by the ancient hermits whilst living in isolation. It comprises postures for strength and flexibility, breathing and meditation exercises and self massage. The Thai hermits also used massage to understand the body and how it works, and this knowledge became the basis for Traditional Thai Massage, Thai fighting arts and Thai dance. This sequence is a simplified version of a complete body sequence which is part of the traditional teaching and is intended to maintain health and wellbeing.
