Many people make the mistake of increasing their training volume with that training frequency, but I think this is a bad idea for most people. Instead, increase frequency while keeping weekly volume the same. This will better allow you to experience the benefits for high frequency training without burning out from doubling your training volume. You can always increase volume over time, but do so slowly and independently from your frequency.
