How @Kboges changed my training (and my life)
~Calisthenics for Real Life: https://www.paintoperform.com/cfrl A few months ago, I changed how I strength train with guidance from the @Kboges YouYube channel, and the changes it has made to my body have been amazing! I have become leaner, gained better control of my upper body movements, and have had way more energy than when I was strictly weight training for strength and hypertrophy. Per his recommendations, I started really simple: a push, pull, and legs variation each day, with a wide variety of potential exercises to choose from each day. I increased my daily step count to 13,000 and on days I didn't practice martial arts, I got in 20 minutes of cardio.
