Brahman alone is the Absolute Reality. It remains the same at all times. The world you experience can be understood as either practical or relative reality. Illusions that we experience in place of real objects in the world, such as silver instead of nacre, are referred to as reflected reality. Unreality has no existence at any point in time, like a square circle. From an absolute point of view, the world is unreal, like a mirage. Hence, whatever you experience in the world, whether by hearing or seeing, cannot be anything other than Brahman. An Enlightened sage experiences one, non-dual Brahman as Existence-Knowledge-Bliss, or Sat-Chit-Ananda.
