We Made It to South Sri Lanka Just in Time... 🇱🇰

After spending several days exploring the north of Sri Lanka we decided to head to Tangelle to continue our trip as the weather was supposed to be better. Little did we know, we'd arrived just in time... As soon as we arrived in Tangelle, cyclone Ditwah hit Sri Lanka, causing severe flooding in the north and central parts of the country. We were lucky to avoid the worst of the cyclone in the south, but our hearts go out to everyone across Sri Lanka who wasn't as fortunate and lost loved ones, homes and businesses during this awful event.
