Excursión a Rosetta desde Alejandría 💖 Delta del Nilo - Egipto

Day trip to Rosetta (Rashid) from Alexandria. I took an Uber from Alexandria and it cost me 1,500 Egyptian pounds for the trip, with a five-hour wait. For less than €25, car and driver for more than half a day. I didn't see a single foreign tourist all day. Perhaps what I enjoyed most was the market. Very lively and the people were lovely. There's also a lot of fish here, both from the sea and the Nile. My experience in the city was bittersweet. Almost everything was closed except for a couple of houses. Then there are some very beautiful houses, but right next to each beautiful house, they've built five ugly and much taller ones. It's a shame how little respect has been given to the architecture of the historic quarter. However, it's worth visiting. The museum, by the way, was also closed. Afterwards, I visited Julien's Fort, where they found the famous Rosetta Stone. It's also an interesting visit. Here you pay the entrance fee in cash, and forget about getting change. It's 30 pounds, which becomes 50. You can find all the information in the Rosetta thread on the LosViajeros.com forum: https://www.losviajeros.com/foros.php...
