Early Autumn Harvest | Fresh Tomatoes & Cozy Cooking

Early autumn is here, and the days are getting shorter. I’m harvesting tomatoes while I can and making the most of them. Today, I’m preparing a delicious cozy roast tomato pasta. The weather this summer hasn’t been the best for growing vegetables, but I’ve had some success with tomatoes, cucumbers, and French beans. I’ve also harvested some beautiful apples, specifically the Charles Ross variety, which is sweet, fragrant, and full of flavor. The butterflies and bees are enjoying the late-blooming flowers in the garden—it's always a joy to see them fluttering around.
