Jameela's Big Climb Gives Everyone a Scare! 😲🦍 #Gorillas

As 2 year-old Jameela continues to grow, her confidence around the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo gorilla habitat keeps growing too! In today's video, Jameela spends much of her morning exploring some of the highest areas of the outdoor exhibit. Carrying a branch along the way, she carefully makes her way around elevated ledges while keeping a watchful eye on the world below. A couple brief moments may cause a few viewers to hold their breath as Jameela's grip appears to slip while climbing. Fortunately, young gorillas are natural climbers, and Jameela quickly regains her balance and continues her adventure. You'll also catch glimpses of silverback Mokolo, foster mom Fredrika, Kayembe, Kunda, N'neka, and Tusa, along with a look at the many visitors who came to see the Cleveland gorilla troop on this busy day at the zoo. With Fredrika's 52nd birthday just days away, it's also a reminder of the special bond between Cleveland's beloved matriarch and the youngster she continues to help raise. 🦍 Filmed at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo 🎙️ Narrated by Larry's Animal Safari #Gorillas #BabyGorilla #ClevelandZoo #Jameela #GorillaFamily #ZooLife #LarrysAnimalSafari #AnimalLovers #WildlifeMoments #Gorillafamilie #Tierkinder #ゴリラ #ベビーゴリラ #クリーブランド動物園 🎉 Gorilla Birthday Roll Call 🎉 Here’s the Cleveland troop and their special days: 🦍 Mokolo – July 10, 1987 · Silverback & proud dad 👩‍🦳 Fredrika – June 5, 1974 · Beloved foster mom & gentle leader 👩‍🍼 Nneka – Sept 23, 1998 · Kayembe’s birth mom 💚 Kebi Moyo – Jan 13, 1991 · Quiet, watchful, strong maternal heart ✨ Tusa – Dec 2, 1989 · Shy and sensitive, often on her own 👶 Kayembe – Oct 26, 2021 · Cleveland’s first gorilla birth 🍼 Jameela – Jan 5, 2024 · First baby gorilla born via C-section at Fort Worth Zoo 🐣 Kunda – July 19, 2023 · Playful baby girl, adored by mom Kebi ________________________________________ 🌍 Gorilla Conservation That old phone in your drawer could help save gorillas.
