Preparation: • In a mixer bowl: flour, salt, sugar, butter, egg and half a cup of milk - mix. • If the dough is dry, add another quarter cup of milk. • Transfer to a greased bowl, cover and let rise for an hour. Preparing the cheesecakes: • Roll out, cut into squares and fill with a spoonful of filling. • Pinch edges, place in a pan. • Let rise for 10 minutes in a turned-off oven with a bowl of boiling water. • Brush with egg and bake for 20 minutes until golden. Syrup: • ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar, juice of half a lemon. • Boil, cook for a minute and turn off. • Spread on the warm cheesecakes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
