The dough is made from eggs, sugar, yogurt, lemon zest and juice, sunflower oil and wheat flour, with apricots, walnuts and raisins added for extra flavor. Mix the eggs with 1/2 tsp sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. 2. Gradually stir in 140g of sugar, then add sunflower oil and yogurt and mix well. 3. Grate the lemon zest, squeeze out the lemon juice and stir it into the dough. 4. Add the flour in two portions and mix to form a smooth dough. 5. Add dried apricots, walnuts and raisins and mix again. 6. Grease the baking tin with oil, attach baking paper to the sides, pour in the dough and decorate with nuts. 7.
