This is an additional set of exercises. Before performing it, you must first complete the main set, Part 1:    • Гимнастика от женских болезней - лечение в...   "Women's Health" exercises are a set of exercises for treating women's diseases and improving pelvic circulation. These exercises strengthen the perineal and pelvic muscles, eliminate circulatory congestion in the female organs, and improve hormonal balance. They help treat: chronic cystitis; chronic inflammation of the appendages; infertility; and age-related enuresis. * BENEFITS OF THE EXERCISE: 1. Strengthening the perineal muscles helps relieve problems associated with weakened pelvic muscles, such as urinary incontinence, hemorrhoids, uterine prolapse, etc. 2. Helps combat adhesions in the pelvic organs. 3. Useful in preparation for a future pregnancy – but should not be performed during an existing pregnancy! 4. Useful for the prevention of inflammatory diseases. 5. Useful for underdevelopment of the internal reproductive organs. 6. They are useful for women after surgery to remove female organs – to prevent negative consequences. * CONTRAINDICATIONS: Despite their usefulness, these exercises should not be performed: • during menstruation; • during pregnancy; • during exacerbations – during exacerbations of chronic female diseases and during exacerbations of cystitis; • Acute pelvic and abdominal diseases, such as acute inflammation of the appendages, appendicitis, exacerbation of gallstones, or exacerbation of cholecystitis, etc.; • During the first 3-4 months after childbirth; • If you have cancer, you can only do exercises after consulting with your doctor; • If you have a high body temperature (above 37.5°C); if you have the flu, acute respiratory viral infections, or tonsillitis, you should wait until you recover and then wait another 3-4 days; • During the first month after surgery on the pelvic, abdominal, or chest organs; • Inguinal and abdominal hernias; • After recent perineal injuries; • Significantly elevated arterial and intracranial pressure; • Severe heart disease and severe blood diseases. * ATTENTION! If a specific exercise causes severe pain or aggravation, it's contraindicated or you're performing it incorrectly. In this case, it's best to avoid it, or at least postpone it until you consult with your doctor. * Exercise Rules. The main rule: don't rush when doing exercises. If you want to recover, you'll need to train yourself to perform the exercises slowly and smoothly, without jerking. Jerking can only tear muscles or ligaments, or damage joints, and will do little good. And remember that even with proper exercise, improvement doesn't come immediately.
