Candlelight Yin - 30 mins

Enjoy this slow, grounding yin practice designed especially to unwind from the day and transition into a state of deep rest. This practice offers longer holds in restorative poses included supta baddha konasana, supported twists, supine hamstring and hip openers and a long savasana. Recommended props include a folded blanket or towel, and 2 yoga blocks (or substitute a small stack of books), a bolster or firm pillow and a strap or belt.
