Last time my caption was too small for the recipes + instructions. so this time I just write down the ingredients and you can follow my steps in the video. If you have any questions feel free to ask! Meal 1:Nikuman dumplings Dough: (Rising time 1-2h then 30 min) 260 g all-purpose flour 12 g sugar 4 g instant yeast 4 g baking powder 180 g warm milk or water 15 g neutral oil 2 g salt Filling: 150g minced meat 1 onion finely chopped 2 garlic minced (or more) 1 cm ginger mices 1 1/2 tbs. mixed herbs 1 tbs. soy sauce 1 tsp. Agave syrup 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce pepper (Steaming 15-20 min) Salad Vegtabeles of you liking finally chopped Dressing 1 tbs. gochujang 1 tbs. soy sauce 1 tbs. syrup 1 tbs. sesame oil Dipping sauce: 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. rice vinegar (or black vinegar if you have it) 1 tsp. sesame oil 1–2 tsp. chili oil (adjust to taste) 1 clove garlic, finely minced ½ tsp sugar Tomati- omlette: 4 eggs beaten 150g Tomato 1 tbs. soy sauce 1 tbs. sugar 1 tbs oyster sauce chilli flakes Meal 2: Lachamcun 6 portions For the dough: 360 g flour 150 ml warm water (not hotter than 40°C 1/2 packet dry yeast 2 tbsp olive oil 72 g yogurt 1 1/2 tsp salt ( Rising time 1-2 hours) Meat: 150g minced meat 1/2 onion minced 1/2 paprika miced 1 tbs. mixed herbs 1/2 tsp. Italian herbs 1 tbs. tomato paste 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. paprika spice 1 tps. cumin Chilli flakes pepper and salt (bake 6 min. at 250 degrees) Filling: 150g Feta cheese Handfull Tomato Handfull Cucumbe 1/2 Onion Salad pickled chilli Sauce: 2 tbs. Yoghurt 2 tbs.
