Hey there, from now on I plan to add the recipes to my Videos. I really thought about how I can increase the quality of my content. Since I am very much avare of my low filming skills I try to find other ways to make myself proud of my content. Thank you very much for watching. I am glad to welcome you to my channel. Garlic Rolls: The Dough 600 g strong white bread flour (plus extra for dusting) 14 g dried active yeast 1 tbsp caster sugar 90 g butter (cold ) 275 ml full fat milk 1 medium egg 1/2 tsp sea salt The Filling 45 g unsalted butter (melted) 1 whole garlic (finely chopped) 1/2 tsp sea salt 25g mixed herbs 25 g pizza cheese The Topping 25 g pizza cheese Instructions: 1. Sift the flour into a large bowl, and add the caster sugar, yeast and sea salt. Mix these together so it's all evenly distributed. 2. Rub the butter into the mixture so it resembles bread crumbs, like you would when making scones. 3. Heat the milk until warm (not hot). Add the milk and egg to the dry ingredients. 4. Knead the dough together for 7-10 minutes. It will be sticky at first, but it will soon come together. 5. Once kneaded, transfer into a lightly oiled bowl, and cover the top of the bowl with a towel. Let it rise for 1-2+ hours, or until doubled in size. 6. While the dough is rising, prep the filling by finely chopping the garlic cloves, 7. Once the dough has risen, transfer to a lightly floured work surface, and roll out to a large rectangle. about 50cmx30cm. 8. Mix the garlic and herb mix into the melted butter, and brush over the bread dough.Sprinkle over the cheese. 9. Roll the dough from long side to long side, so that a ~long sausage~ is formed. Cut this evenly into 12 pieces and put them on a baking sheet. 10. Cover the sheet with a towel and let them rise for another hour or so. 11. Towards the end of the dough rising, preheat the oven to 180C so that when it's finished rising, you can put it straight in the oven. 12. Put some cheese on top and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
