Sobat & Hari Chutney | Mehboob's Kitchen | Chef Mehboob| 29 Feb 24 | MasalaTV Sobat Recipe Ingredients : Chicken (cut into 8 pieces) half Onion (sliced) 2 large Tomatoes (chopped) 4 Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp Cumin 2 tbsp Dried plum ½ cup Coriander (chopped) 6 tbsp Green chillies (sliced) 6 Lemon juice 2 tbsp Coriander (ground) 1 tbsp Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp oil ½ cup Salt 1 tbsp Tortilla 6 Eggs (boiled) 4 Lemons 2 Chili powder 2 tbsp Method : Heat oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic. Now add red chili, cumin, and coriander and fry for 1 minute. Then add chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Now add tomatoes, potatoes, and salt and fry on high heat for 5 minutes. Add 1 liter of water and cook for 20 minutes. Then take out the chicken and bake or fry it in the oven or frying pan and keep it aside. Add lemon juice to the broth and grind it finely. Add green chilies and coriander and keep aside. Cut the bread into small pieces. Put the bread in the broth and cook on high heat for 2 minutes. Then put it in a dish and serve it with chicken, chopped eggs, and lemon slices. Hari Chutney Recipe Ingredients: Coriander 1 cup Garlic 1 tbsp Ginger 5 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Green chillies 4 Water 1 cup Method : Grind all the ingredients finely. Add water and serve with sauce.
