In this short class we focus on our upper bodies. This is a quick Pilates workout that mixes a strengthening with a great deal of stretching. Ideal for after work to de-stress. The class begins with some upper spine movements and stretches before moving into four point kneeling to stretch with cat stretch and challenge our muscles with some press ups.
