My First Week of The 75 Soft Challenge | What I Ate, Workouts, Etc | Weight Loss Journey 2026

I’m really bad at posting content on time… but I finally made my recap of Week 1 of the 75 Soft Challenge. In this video, I’m sharing how my first week actually went — the workouts, food, water, reading, daily activity, and of course my first results. This week was all about getting started, building new habits, and seeing how realistic this challenge really feels in everyday life. I talk about what felt hard, what surprised me, what was easier than I expected, and how my body and mind responded after the first 7 days. I’m following Caroline Girvan’s EPIC Heat program as part of this challenge, focusing on balanced meals, daily movement, stretching, hydration, and reading 10 pages a day. Week 1 was definitely not perfect, but I’m really proud that I showed up, kept going, and finished it.
